Aloe Vera Gel
The aloe vera gel is extracted from the central part of the leaf. The leaves are first deprived of the external part, thus eliminating the part of the plant containing the anthraquinones, and then squeezed.
The gel contains:
- Water
- Mucilage
- Polysaccharides
- Lecithins
- Amino acids
- Enzymes
- Vitamins A, C, E, of group B
- Minerals (for example, iron, potassium, sodium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, etc.)
- Fatty acids
- Plant sterols;
- Saponins
